C-W Valley Co-op is a locally owned cooperative formed by the merger of Comstock Farmers Elevator and Wolverton Farmers Elevator in August of 1999. We are a full service cooperative that includes grain, fertilizer, fuel, chemical, seed, and agronomy services. Grain facilities located in Comstock and Wolverton have a combined storage capability of 2.4 million bushels. An 8,300 ton fertilizer plant north of Wolverton allows us to offer blending, delivery, and custom application of dry fertilizer. Agronomy services are managed out of our facility west of Comstock. Our bulk fuel plant is located west of Comstock and we have retail cardtrol pumps located at Comstock and Wolverton.
"Human beings never think for themselves... For the most part, members of our species simply repeat what they are told--and become upset if they are exposed to any different view. The characteristic human trait is not awareness but conformity... We are stubborn, self-destructive conformists. Any other view of our species is just a self-congratulatory delusion."
